RCCP MARKS A NEW MILESTONE WITH SEC INCORPORATION

The Rotary Club of Central Pangasinan, Inc. has officially been granted juridical personality following the issuance of its Certificate of Incorporation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 10, 2026.
Registered under SEC Company Registration No. 2026080263110-47, the incorporation marks an important milestone in the Club’s continuing journey of service, institutional development, and organizational growth.
The formal incorporation provides the Club with a stronger institutional foundation as it continues to implement meaningful projects and initiatives for the benefit of communities in Pangasinan and beyond.
“This milestone represents more than the legal incorporation of our Club; it reflects our commitment to building a stronger, more sustainable, and accountable organization that is prepared to create lasting impact through service,” said RCCP President Jason Estrada.
President Estrada emphasized that the Club will continue to uphold the values of Rotary while strengthening its governance, accountability, and capacity to serve.
