The Rotary Club of Central Pangasinan, together with the four other Rotary Clubs of Cluster 2-B, officially launched the new Rotary year with a dynamic joint kickoff project highlighted by a grand motorcade, a fellowship gathering, and a synchronized public image campaign that showcased Rotary’s commitment to service, collaboration, and community engagement.

Led by Assistant Governor Jojo Cuison and Deputy Assistant Governor Rayan Sto. Domingo, the Cluster 2-B kickoff brought together the Rotary Club of Central Pangasinan led by President Jason Estrada, the Rotary Club of Dagupan headed by President Boyet Bigcas, the Rotary Club of Dagupan East headed by President Jun Bautista, the Rotary Club of Downtown Dagupan headed by President Hep Vinluan, and the Rotary Club of Uptown Dagupan headed by President Edwin Cancino.

The celebration commenced with a grand motorcade that traversed the major streets of Dagupan City, drawing public attention to Rotary’s enduring mission of Service Above Self and reinforcing Rotary District 3790’s commitment to strengthening public image and expanding community awareness.

The activity formed part of the district’s public image initiative under the leadership of District Governor Ronald Dy, whose theme, “Create Lasting Impact,” inspires Rotary clubs to strengthen their visibility while making meaningful and sustainable contributions to their communities.

Following the motorcade, members from the five clubs gathered at Hagemu Restaurant for a fellowship activity that encouraged the exchange of ideas, strengthened camaraderie, and fostered closer collaboration among Rotarians across Cluster 2-B.

The celebration culminated in a synchronized public image campaign as Rotarians from all five clubs simultaneously posted photos of themselves holding the “I’M A PROUD MEMBER OF THE ROTARY CLUB” signage, changed their Facebook profile pictures with the same message, displayed the campaign materials on their respective vehicles, and installed tarpaulin signages at their offices, business establishments, and residences to amplify Rotary’s visibility throughout the community.

The successful Cluster 2-B kickoff reflected the shared commitment of the five Rotary clubs to advance Rotary’s public image, deepen fellowship, and create lasting impact through collective action and meaningful service.
